Contact e-mail. - Guild Wars Forums

Hey,
Is the PlayNC e-mail adress the contacting e-mail adress for my Guild Wars account as well? I don't have access to my login e-mail and I'm a bit afraid that I won't be able to transfer my stuff to GW2... as well as loosing my current GW1 account.
